Wellness Tools to Support Mental Health Challenges in Retail

Wellness Tools to Support Mental Health Challenges in Retail (February 25, 2025)
When you work in the service industry, you experience a variety of emotions each day. Your coworker is having a bad week and snaps at you. A customer yells at you about something or cries while asking for a book recommendation on grief. Every time you turn on the news, you get a pit of dread in your stomach. Recognizing and addressing the emotional demands of working in retail — and living in the world — is important to your overall mental health. This hands-on session will give you some mental health tools, such as wellness check-ins and self-assessment practices, that can help you thrive emotionally and professionally.
