BIPOC — Black, Indigenous, or People of Color — booksellers and bookstore owners are invited to join a call to share ideas for future sessions; needs for ABA services, programming, and general support; and questions with ABA CEO Allison Hill, ABA COO Joy Dallangera-Sanger, and ABA Director of Membership Ryan Quinn.

The ABA team will attend from 7:30pm EST to 8:00pm EST, and the BIPOC Meetup will then continue as a typical Affinity Group meeting with a bookseller acting as host until 9:00pm EST.

Meeting details are emailed the morning of each meeting; if you are joining for the first time, please be sure to join the email list at least twenty-four hours beforehand.

BIPOC allies and booksellers who do not identify as BIPOC should not plan to attend. We appreciate your help maintaining the BIPOC meet-up as a closed space for BIPOC booksellers and BIPOC bookstore owners only.
