To change the personal greeting on your voicemail:

1) call the main number: 1-914-406-7500


2) when you hear the greeting, press *7 

3) when prompted, enter your extension and then #

4) when prompted, enter your password and then #

5) press option 3 to manage greetings or just follow the prompts
